The Elizabethan court and especially Queen Elizabeth I were particularly known for their love of pearls, but pearls were popular embellishments for the elite throughout the 16th century.
These white glass imitation pearls have been specially sourced for a high quality Tudor reconstruction. They are the same pearls as used by The Tudor Tailor and are excellent decorations for elite impressions including nobility and royalty.
Sold by the string:
• 1⁄4in (6mm) pearls = 80 per string, 18in (46cm) of pearls
• 5⁄16in (8mm) pearls = 75 per string, 23¼in (59cm) of pearls
• ⅜in (10mm) pearls = 50 per string, 19¼in (50cm) of pearls
