Shipping policy

Please allow 3 working days for orders to be processed and despatched.

We send all orders via a tracked service from here in the UK so you can check the progress of your order using the tracking number provided. Please check that the postal address you have entered is correct. In general, once your order has been despatched Royal Mail and/or ParcelForce aim for it to arrive within 24 hours within the UK,  3-5 working days for the Europe and within 5-7 working days for the rest of the world - however, we can't guarantee a delivery time for international destinations since packages will have to clear Customs. If you need quicker delivery, please contact us to discuss options.

Previously worn costumes are also be sent via courier, are trackable, and shipping prices quoted include insurance up to the value of the costume you're buying.

International customers, please note that there may be additional taxes and duties due when your order arrives, but we have no way of estimating what these may be. You will be responsible for paying these.
