Tudor style cassock made for The Typical Tudor and suitable for a lower or middle class man or woman from the 1550s-1603.

Made of 'poor black' freize, a thick, water repellent wool which has been raised on both side making it very warm and cosy! The cassock is unlined and fastens with handmade brass hooks and eyes

Worn only for the book photoshoot, the cassock is in excellent condition.
