Man's Tudor style long gown made for The Typical Tudor book and suitable for a middling or gentle man from the 1520s to 1603.
Made of black 100% wool broadcloth lined throughout with 100% wool faux lambskin and faced at all edges with ethically sourced rabbit fur. The sleeves are slit at the upper arm so that the lower section is hanging when worn. A cane hoop sleeve support is sewn into the sleeve head to create the typical raised profile at the shoulder. The gown is entirely handstitched in linen thread.
Worn only for one photoshoot the gown is in excellent condition.
No other garments are included.
